To the extent any dispute is not subject to arbitration, you agree that any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Santa Clara County, California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in such courts.

Termination

SweetBean LLC may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease, and all provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

Force Majeure
